PRIVACY POLICY

Drive2Pass Driving School respects the confidentiality of its customers personal information. All personal information (name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail address) may be used to improve our services and to build better customer relationships. Information regarding a customers drivers license and course records may be provided to appropriate government agencies (I.E. the Department of Public Safety or the Insurance Bureau of Canada) for certification purposes. By providing us this information, you have consented to these uses and disclosures. This information may be used from time to time to communicate with our customers, to send out offers, surveys or marketing materials. We do not share your personal information with anyone without your consent at any time unless we are required by law to do so. In such case, we will release personal information only to the extent required.

STUDENT DRIVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.Payments

1.1 Drive2Pass Driving School accepts payments in cash, debit, and cheque. 50% payment to be made in advance before commencement of first lesson.
1.2 The full payment will be made before the third lesson otherwise $50 will be charged as a penalty.

2.Refunds

2.1 . Refunds must be requested 48 hours in advance. Refund would be made after deduction of 40% as administration and processing charges. Balance would be refunded to the student.

3.Cancellations

3.1 Lesson Cancellations or changes must be made 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $30.00 charge.
3.2 Road test appointments made by the driving school must be cancelled by the student 72 hours in advance in order to avoid I.C.B.C. $25.00 late cancellation fee.
3.3 A Student who fails to be present at the arranged pick up location at the schedule time or is unable to proceed with the lesson will be a considered a No Show and the lesson will be forfeited.
3.4 School has the right to reschedule the training due to the weather or circumstances beyond control and due to sickness of the instructor.

4.Vehicle Usage, Restrictions & Guidelines

4.1 All students must have their drivers license on their person to proceed with a lesson. If for any reason a student does not have their license, the lesson will be cancelled as per policy 3.3.
4.2 With consideration and approval from an instructor, students taking individual lessons may use a Drive2Pass Driving School vehicle for the road test for an additional charge of $100.00 + tax. (Car Rental – $55 For Basic Road Test, $70 for Advance Road Test)
4.3 Drive2Pass Driving School reserves the right to refuse the use of a School vehicle for a road test if an instructor feels the student is not ready for the test.
4.4 No Student can drive if under influence of liquor/drugs. Use of cell phone and smoking is prohibited while driving.
4.5 For any traffic violations received during road training/road skill test student is liable to pay for the driving ticket.

4.6 Additional on-road training sessions to improve your driving skills are available at a fee of $60 per 60 minute session.

5.General

5.1 Free pick up and drop available in 10 Km’s radius of the office address. Drive2Pass Driving School reserves the right to restrict pick up and drop off location at any time.
5.2 No temporary license can be issues without student furnishing a Photo Id for verification.
5.3 In class would be conducted at Above All Safety Driving School, Unit 103, 55 Westwinds Cres NE, Calgary, AB-T3J5H2.
5.4 Student is eligible for course completion certificate if the student scores equal to or more than 75% in the final skill test.
5.5 Course does not in any way guarantees a license.
5.6 Student has to book the road test at registry. Car is available for Road Test but Drive2Pass reserves the right to refuse as per policy 4.3.
5.7 In class sessions must be completed within 6 months of registration date and in car training sessions must be commenced with 2 months of completed in class session.
